Foundation sites are typically delivered in 3–5 business days. Studio in 7–10 days. Signature in 10–14 days. These are real commitments, not estimates.
Hosting is included in every package for the first year, then $29/mo to keep your site live. The Signature plan includes hosting in the monthly fee with no extra charge. For your domain, you can bring one you already own or we can register one for you at cost — typically around $15/year. Either way, we handle all the technical setup.
No. The package price is the price. The only additional costs would be optional add-ons you choose (extra pages, copywriting, rush delivery, etc.) and hosting after year one — $29/mo for Foundation, $39/mo for Studio, included in Signature. I'll walk you through everything before you commit.
Yes. After launch, any updates, design changes, or new pages are handled by us directly. One-off changes are billed at $100/hour with a one-hour minimum. If you find yourself making regular updates, the Signature maintenance plan at $299/mo covers everything on an ongoing basis with no hourly billing. Most clients on the plan save money within the first month.
Yes — 50% upfront before work begins, 50% on completion. For the monthly Signature plan, the first month is collected upfront and then billed on the same date each month.

Ideally yes — your logo, photos, and basic copy help us capture your brand accurately. If you need help with copywriting, we offer it as an add-on at $199. We'll work with what you have and guide you through what we need.
